Return Policy & procedures

Should you receive any damaged goods, call +44 1616221959 within a seven working day period of receiving the goods to obtain return instructions.


What is the minimum carriage paid order?

Our minimum carriage paid order is £750 + VAT. In this calculation 6% (£45.00) is allocated to delivery charges which cover most of the UK. For delivery to places further afield and to remote areas of the UK any delivery charges incurred above the £45.00 allocated will be added to your invoice. Any extra costs incurred for special delivery requests such as timed deliveries will also be added to your invoice.

For orders less than £750.00 + VAT the total delivery charge will be added.Please note all our product prices are excluding VAT.

This benefits all of our customers as it enables us to keep the sales price of products to a minimum and not overloaded with the higher delivery charges.


New Registrations

New customers can complete a registration form to access the website. Our staff will contact you within 48 Hours with login details after registration. Should you wish to purchase goods without registration, please feel free to contact us by email sales@pharmore.co.uk or by phone +44 1616221959.


When am I eligible to go on credit account?

All new customers are eligible to a Proforma Account until such time that a Credit Account is created. Generally you are able to apply for a credit account once you have paid and received three orders. You will need to fill out a credit account application form and send it into our office for processing. Once processed, we will make contact and set up your credit account with a limit that suits your average spend.
